How It Works
1. Submit
Sponsors confidentially upload a protocol synopsis and one or more design objectives (e.g., improve power, reduce enrollment time, lower cost, increase probability of success, etc.). PhaseV will review submissions using the following guiding principles to determine which are selected for optimization:
- Completeness and clarity of the provided protocol synopsis and design objectives
- Representation across therapeutic areas, ensuring a balanced mix of submissions
- Fairness of selection, so that no single sponsor is overly represented among winners
Given the volume and quality of submissions (particularly the completeness of provided data) PhaseV cannot guarantee that all submissions will be optimized.
2. Optimize
PhaseV applies its Trial Optimizer to generate an optimized version of the submitted designs, identifying optimization opportunities and quantifying potential gains.
3. Win
Sponsors whose designs are selected for optimization will receive a complimentary preliminary optimized trial synopsis, along with incentivized pricing for a PhaseV service or subscription valid through July 2026 (“Award”).
