Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Team Lead to lead our growing backend and platform development team. In this critical role, you will lead the design and implementation of a complex, cloud-native product that integrates deeply with machine learning and clinical workflows. We are in search of a Senior project manager for our IL office to lead our project management efforts. We are growing quite rapidly in the quantity and complexity of the projects we are managing for biotech, CROs, and Big-pharma. Each project is composed of different fronts (from finalizing the BD efforts, formation of the deal and milestones, scientific and technical alignment (both external and internal), onboarding, and multi-step complex execution across multiple R&D disciplines, which includes back-and-forth communication with the customer, scientific publications, land & expand strategy, etc.). This role will be responsible for making it all happen, while allowing us to connect the different parts (both external and internal), and support growth and scale.
